This class brings together breath and movement, I gently guide you through a series of postures to restore and rejuvenate both body and mind. We focus on the bodies need to bend, stretch and lift and turn in all directions. We slowly take the body forwards, backwards and twisting to the side. Through this the body is helped to cleanse and detox allowing you to feel open and lighter, more calm and helping the mind to be free.
My classes are fun, engaging and different every week, I like to teach my students how Yoga can benefit them on and off their mat. We often enter into discussions which help students to deal with daily life, sometimes helping them to look at the world for a slightly different perspective.
I also teach Pranayama which are breathing techniques and we spend the last part of the class learning how to relax.
What should I bring and wear?
Please bring your own Yoga mat, blocks are provided. Wear something loose and comfortable. You might also like to bring a blanket and a bottle of water and maybe eat a light snack before class.

I know life can get in the way of Yoga sometimes so if you buy a course of 5 or 10 but can’t make it every week I will roll the classes over.
This class is suitable for all levels, complete beginners are welcome.
