Mum & Baby Yoga
My classes are intended to help you relax with your new born; you can feed, change them, have fun with them and connect with your baby. Meet other Mum’s that are in the same position as you, share how you feel, a place where you can be honest and real about what motherhood means to you.
My Mum and Baby Yoga sessions are designed to reinvigorate your body and mind following your pregnancy and birth. We work gently to rebuild strength in your pelvic area, arms and legs and focus on increasing core stability by paying attention to your abdomen and lower back. The Yoga postures are specifically chosen for Mums who have recently given birth; they can help release the stress and strain of carrying and feeding your baby. We focus on gentle breathing exercises to energise and revitalise your energy levels and help your body to relax and recharge.
What should I bring and wear?
Bring a blanket for your baby to lie on and wear something comfortable.
When can I start Mum & Baby Yoga?
You are welcome 8 weeks post-delivery providing you feel ok. All students will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to their first class to ensure you and your baby are looked after during the session. Babies are welcome up until they can crawl.
When is Mum & Baby Yoga?
Every Friday morning at The Isleworth Public Hall on a Friday morning from 11.15 – 12.15. We are downstairs in Room 1 and the cost to drop in is £10.
